Personal Data Register

In compliance with the provisions of the GDPR and LOPD-GDD, we inform you that personal data collected by Complejo La Serrería, through the forms on its pages, will be incorporated and processed in our file for the purpose of facilitating, streamlining, and fulfilling the commitments established between Complejo La Serrería and the User, or for maintaining the relationship established in the forms completed by the User, or to respond to a request or query from the User. Categories of personal data

The categories of data processed at Complejo La Serrería are solely identifying data. In no circumstances are special categories of personal data processed in the sense of Article 9 of the GDPR.

Legal basis for the processing of personal data

The legal basis for the processing of personal data is consent. Complejo La Serrería undertakes to obtain the express and verifiable consent of the User for the processing of their personal data for one or more specific purposes.

Personal data of minors

In accordance with Articles 8 of the GDPR and 7 of Organic Law 3/2018, of 5 December, on the Protection of Personal Data and the Guarantee of Digital Rights, only individuals aged 14 and over may lawfully consent to the processing of their personal data by Complejo La Serrería. For individuals under the age of 14, the consent of parents or guardians will be required for processing, and such processing shall only be considered lawful to the extent that they have authorised it.

Personal data secrecy and security

Complejo La Serrería commits to adopting the technical and organisational measures necessary, according to the appropriate level of security for the risk of the data collected, so as to guarantee the security of personal data and prevent accidental or unlawful destruction, loss or alteration of personal data transmitted, stored or otherwise processed, or unauthorised disclosure or access to such data.

The website has an SSL (Secure Socket Layer) certificate, which ensures that personal data is transmitted securely and confidentially, as the transmission of data between the server and the User, and in return, is fully encrypted.

Rights arising from the processing of personal data

The user has access to La Serrería Complex and may therefore exercise the following rights recognised by the GDPR and Organic Law 3/2018, of 5 December, on Personal Data Protection and the Guarantee of Digital Rights, against the data controller:

• Right of access It is the User's right to obtain confirmation of whether Complejo La Serrería is processing their personal data, and if so, to obtain information about their specific personal data and the processing that Complejo La Serrería has carried out or is carrying out, as well as, among other things, information available about the origin of said data and the recipients of communications made or planned thereof.
• Right to rectification It is the User's right to have their personal data rectified if it is inaccurate or, taking into account the purposes of the processing, incomplete.

Whenever technically feasible, the controller shall directly transmit the data to that other controller.
